Refund policy

Refunds are not permitted unless your item is defected or damaged once you have received and opened up your order.  When placing your order, please make sure to check for the correct size and color before sending your order in. 

If your order is defected or damage, please contact us via our email @desiraesshop.com within 5 days upon receiving your order. 

Canceling your order must be done 48 hours after placing your order.
