Shipping policy

Many of our items are custom made. Please allow us 7-14 days to complete your order and shipped with our local postal service. Once we hand deliver your order to our local United States Post Office, we cannot update you with the speed of how long it will take to receive your package but, you will receive a tracking number once your item has been sent to the post office. This tracking from the post office will provide you with approx. time of arrival. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out.

If you have shipping problems such as lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. Once your package has been received from our post office, we have no control of packages being lost  in transit. If they cannot assist you., please contact USPS.com.
